About
One team, from identity to intelligence
We design how businesses look, build how they work, and deploy the intelligence and strategies that help them grow — as one team, not separate vendors.
Overview
From identity to intelligence.
Pinn.Media is an integrated creative and engineering studio headquartered in the United States, with studios in Allen, Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth), London, and Lahore, founded in 2019 by Jawad Farooq Naik. Pinn.Media combines design, technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and growth in one team: brand strategists, designers, developers, software engineers, AI specialists and growth professionals work together on the same project, rather than through separate vendors.
We design how a business looks, build the products it runs on, deploy the intelligence that makes it faster, and run the marketing that grows it. Because those people sit together, the four end up agreeing with each other. That is the offer, not a list of services that happen to share an invoice.

How we started
It started in a printing press.
Jawad Farooq Naik, our co-founder, grew up in a family-owned printing press. He spent most of that time in pre-press, the room where the designers sat, working on an old Mac. Watching a thing get made on a screen and then come off the press as a physical object is a specific kind of fascination, and it never really wore off. Everything Pinn.Media does now is a version of that: make it on the screen, then make it real.
He went on to a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design at the National College of Arts, Lahore, where he trained as a designer and found the creatives he'd end up working with. Pinn.Media started there, as a creative studio.
It grew the slow way. He ran the studio alongside day jobs as a designer at a series of companies, nights and weekends, client by client, until it could stand on its own. It eventually did. Today Pinn.Media is headquartered in the United States, with studios in Allen, Texas, London, and Lahore, where it started, taking projects worldwide.
The studio grew the way the work demanded. Design kept dying in someone else's build, so engineering came in-house. Clients kept needing the machinery that runs after launch, so we added a CRM platform of our own. AI stopped being a topic and became a tool, so it became a core service instead of an add-on. Every pillar we have exists because a client needed it and nobody we could hand it to would do it properly.
Mission & vision
What the work is actually for.
- Mission
- To reduce the friction between a business and the people on the other side of it, its customers, its users, the businesses it sells to. Most of that friction is a design problem wearing a different hat: an unclear choice, a confusing screen, a decision made without the information to make it well. We fix it with better design practice and informed decisions. Design is one of the few levers that makes the world measurably easier to live in, and we intend to keep pulling it.
- Vision
- To bring creativity at its finest to problems that are genuinely complex, and to make them look simple on the way out. The hard part is never the complexity. The hard part is doing the thinking so thoroughly that the person using the thing never has to.
How we're set up
Why us, and what we're honest about.
We are not a two-hundred-person agency and we don't pretend to be. Pinn.Media is a group of senior specialists who direct the work and make the core of it themselves, brand strategists, designers, developers, software engineers, AI specialists and growth professionals, on one team.
The industry's default is to split those people across companies. You buy the brand from one, the build from another, the growth from a third. They then negotiate at the border instead of arguing in the same room, and every handoff quietly loses something. A branding agency makes a beautiful PDF and emails it to a dev shop that has never opened it. A growth agency arrives later and rebuilds the header to convert. Twelve months on, the logo in the app doesn't match the logo on the invoice, nobody remembers who chose the blue, and three vendors are each pointing at the other two.
We don't think that's a coordination problem. We think it's a staffing problem, so we staffed it the other way. Everything that decides whether a project is good is in-house and in the same conversation. For production around it, printers, fabricators, film crews, we work with creative partners we've used for years, and we stay on the job. You don't get handed to them. You get us, with them behind us.
- Design, engineering, AI and growth: one team, in-house, on the same brief.
- Print, fabrication, crew and specialist production: long-standing creative partners, directed by us.
- One brief. One accountable team. Identity, product, intelligence and growth that agree with each other.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the studio
We sell artificial intelligence (AI) because we run on it.
Most studios talk about artificial intelligence (AI). We work inside it. Every person here runs AI as part of their own team, agents that research, draft, generate, test and check the work before a human ever sees it. It's the reason a small senior team ships at the volume it does.
That's not a marketing line, it's the qualification. When we integrate AI into your business, we're deploying what we already depend on daily: agents wired into real tools, automations that survive contact with production, knowledge bases that answer from your data instead of guessing. We ship AI that runs. We don't sell AI strategy decks.
One studio, not a menu
Read the tabs that follow as one capability, not a list of services.
Pinn.Media is not a full-service agency with a long price list. A list of services is what you get when a company keeps adding departments; an integrated studio is what you get when the disciplines were never separated in the first place.
Brand strategists, designers, developers, software engineers, AI specialists and growth professionals work on your project together, in the same room, on the same brief, at the same time. Not in sequence. Not through three vendors who have never met and are each protecting a scope.
That changes what gets made. The person who sets the type knows what it costs to render. The engineer is in the room while the brand is still being decided, so the identity is made to survive a product. The AI specialist sees the funnel the growth team is buying traffic into, so the agent is wired to the thing that actually converts. The brand guide isn't a PDF handed over a wall, it's the design tokens in the repo.
So the tabs that follow are not a catalogue to shop from. They're the disciplines we bring to one problem. Most projects use several of them, which is exactly the point, and it's the reason your logo, your product, your automation and your ad account end up agreeing with each other.
Brand
We build brands from scratch, or rebuild the one you have.
A brand is what your business is, made visible. We start from the business and its values, not from a moodboard: what you actually do, who you do it for, and what you refuse to do. Then we build the thing that represents it. If you already have a brand and it has stopped telling the truth about you, we rebrand.
Then come the components:
- Brand strategy, positioning and naming
- Identity: logo, wordmark, symbol, full mark system
- Typography and type systems
- Colour systems
- Brand guidelines the team can actually follow
- Voice and messaging
- Rollout across every surface you own
Visual communication
The design work itself, everything the brand has to say, made.
- Print: brochures, catalogues, reports, stationery
- Packaging, through the die-line and the print vendor, not just the render
- Editorial and layout design
- Campaign and advertising design
- Social and digital creative
- Presentation and pitch design
- Signage, wayfinding and environmental graphics
- Illustration and iconography
Animation & 3D
Things that move, and things that don't exist yet.
- 2D animation and motion design
- Motion identity, how the brand behaves, not just how it sits
- 3D modelling, texturing and lighting
- Product visualisation and CGI renders
- Explainers and title sequences
- Animated ads and social cutdowns
- Real-time 3D for web and interactive
Film & photo
We direct it, shoot it, and cut it.
- Creative direction and art direction on set
- Brand films and commercials
- Product, lifestyle and campaign photography
- Editing, colour grade and sound
- Content production at volume, social, ads, always-on
Crew and kit come from creative partners we've worked with for years. We direct the shoot and we own the result.
UI / UX
Two different jobs. People hire for one and are surprised the other was missing.
- UX, how it works
- The thinking. Who is using this, what are they trying to get done, and what is standing in their way? UX decides what screens exist at all, what order they come in, what a user has to know before they can act, and what we can take away. It is mostly research, structure and argument, and most of it is invisible in the final product. When UX is wrong, the product is confusing no matter how good it looks.
- UI, how it looks and feels
- The surface. Layout, hierarchy, type, colour, spacing, states, motion, the exact affordance that tells you a thing is tappable. UI is what makes the structure legible and worth touching, it turns a correct flow into one a person actually enjoys. When UI is wrong, the product works but nobody trusts it.
- Together
- UX without UI is a wireframe nobody wants to use. UI without UX is a beautiful screen that solves the wrong problem, which is the more expensive mistake, because it looks finished. We do both, and the same people carry a decision from the flow through to the pixel, so nothing gets lost explaining it.
- User research, interviews and competitive teardowns
- Information architecture and user flows
- Wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Interface design, layout and visual hierarchy
- Design systems and component libraries, made to survive a real codebase
- Interaction and motion design
- Accessibility, from contrast to keyboard and screen reader
- Usability testing, and iteration on what it tells us
Our designers sit with the engineers who ship it, so a flow doesn't get quietly simplified in the build because it was expensive to make. The design system arrives as tokens and components in the repo, not as a PDF.
Web
Front end and back end. A brochure site, or a platform, we'll tell you which one you actually need.
- Managed CMS
- Webflow, Framer or WordPress, when you need to ship fast, edit it yourself, and not pay a developer to change a headline.
- WordPress, properly
- Front end and back end: custom themes made from the design rather than bought off a marketplace, custom plugins, WooCommerce, and the PHP behind them. Most 'WordPress agencies' only touch the theme, we work on both sides of it.
- Custom build
- Next.js and TypeScript with a headless CMS, when the site is a product, not a brochure: real performance budgets, real integrations, real scale.
- Front-end engineering, React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Back-end engineering, APIs, auth, payments, business logic
- Databases: schema design, migrations, performance
- Cloud and infrastructure on AWS, compute, storage, CDN, queues, CI/CD
- E-commerce, from storefront to checkout to fulfilment
- Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals, baked in rather than bolted on
- Hosting, monitoring, maintenance and the boring parts that keep it alive
- Epic HHC, Healthcare
- OSCPA Tax, Financial
- PrintVision, Print & Packaging

Software & apps
Want to build the next Facebook, or an online service people pay for? That's the same work, and we do all of it.
A social network, a marketplace, a SaaS product, a booking platform, underneath, they're the same problem: accounts and auth, a data model that survives growth, real-time updates, payments, permissions, a back end that doesn't fall over when it works. We build the whole thing, the interface, the API, the database, the infrastructure it runs on, and the AI inside it.
- Platforms
- Web apps, iOS and Android, and desktop software for macOS, Windows and Linux.
- Products
- SaaS, marketplaces, social and community platforms, booking and scheduling, fintech and payments, portals and dashboards, from a first version that proves the idea to the version that carries real users.
- Business systems
- ERPs, CRMs, HR and payroll, inventory, billing, admin panels, internal tools, the software that runs the company rather than the software the customer sees.
- Product strategy, UX and interface design
- Full-stack engineering, front end, back end, APIs
- Database architecture: modelling, indexing, migrations, scale
- Cloud infrastructure on AWS, deployment, autoscaling, storage, CI/CD, monitoring
- Authentication, roles, permissions and security
- Payments, subscriptions and billing
- AI baked into the product rather than bolted onto it
- Third-party and legacy integration; migrations off software you've outgrown
- Ongoing maintenance, support and iteration after launch
We don't hand over a repo and vanish, we run what we make: hosting, monitoring, the support tickets, the 2am migration. That's the part most studios never see, and the difference between making software and keeping it alive.
Interactive
Experiences people step inside, on screen and in space.
- WebGL and real-time 3D on the web
- Creative coding and generative art
- Scroll-driven storytelling and game-like web
- Installations, kiosks and exhibitions
- Sensors and physical computing
- AR / VR / mixed reality
You're inside one right now. This whole site is an operating system we made, that's the pillar demonstrating itself, and it's the reason we don't need to ask a client's permission to prove it.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Full house. Not a strategy deck, things that run in production.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a core service, not an add-on we bolted on when it became fashionable. We build it into the product, the business, and the work itself.
- AI agents that do a real job: qualify the lead, draft the reply, tag the ticket, chase the invoice
- Chatbots and assistants trained on your business, not on the open internet
- Knowledge bases and retrieval (RAG), answers from your documents and your data
- Workflow automation across the tools you already pay for
- AI deployment and hosting: models in production, monitored, with a cost you can predict
- Integrations into your CRM, site, billing and data
- Voice agents and call handling
- Document, image and content pipelines at volume
- Internal copilots for your own team
This is the pillar we can prove most easily, because we run on it ourselves. Every person here works with AI as part of their own team. What we deploy for you is what we already depend on daily.
Growth & marketing
The strategy, the content to execute it, and the buy behind it.
- Market and go-to-market strategy
- Content strategy, and the content itself, produced in-house
- Social media management and organic growth
- Paid media buying: search, social, display, retargeting
- SEO: technical, content, and the off-site authority that actually moves rankings
- PR, digital PR and link acquisition
- Out-of-home and print media
- Email and SMS lifecycle marketing
- Landing pages, funnels and conversion-rate optimisation
- Analytics, attribution and reporting you can read without a meeting
We'd rather run growth for something we made. When the numbers are bad we can fix the page, the funnel or the product, instead of writing you a report about why the traffic didn't convert.
How we work
Six steps. Each one ends with something you can hold.
- 01, We listen
- Before anything else, we shut up and take the brief. A working session with the people who actually decide, and we want the ugly stuff: what churned, what got shelved, what the sales team says once the deck is closed. Most briefs describe a solution someone already picked. Our job at this stage is to find the problem underneath it. You get: the brief written back to you in our words, so you can see exactly what we heard, and correct us before it costs anything.
- 02, We plan and strategize
- We decide what to make and in what order, and what we're deliberately not doing yet. Scope, sequence, the strategy behind it, and the number it's supposed to move. You get: a written scope, a fixed price and a date. Not a range. It's yours to keep, even if you hire someone else.
- 03, We design, with options
- You never get shown one direction and asked to approve it, that's not a choice, that's a hostage situation. You get real options: distinct directions, on real screens with real type and real copy, early enough that killing one is cheap. You get: directions you can react to, the reasoning behind each, and one you pick.
- 04, We build
- The people who designed it are still in the room while it's engineered, so nothing gets quietly simplified because it turned out expensive. Weekly builds on a real URL you can open on your phone, no eight-week silence ending in a reveal. You get: a staging link that updates every week, and a Friday note in plain English. If something slips, you hear it from us before you notice it.
- 05, We ship it, and we run it
- Launch is the middle of the job, not the end. We hand over properly, source files, repo, admin logins, a walkthrough recording, every key in your name, and then we keep it alive: hosting, monitoring, campaigns, automations, iteration. You get: it live, everything in your name, and a team that's still here on Monday. We hold nothing hostage if you'd rather run it yourself.
- 06, We analyse the results
- Then the only question that matters: did it work? We look at what the thing actually did, traffic, conversion, pipeline, retention, whatever we agreed it was for, and we say so plainly, including when the answer is no. Because we made it, we can fix the page, the funnel or the product instead of writing you a report about why the traffic didn't convert. You get: reporting you can read without a meeting, and the next round of work it points to.

Pinn.Media CRM
Our flagship platform, offered under your brand, run by us.
The Pinn.Media CRM is a white-label customer-relationship and marketing-automation platform we offer and run for our clients. Contacts and pipelines, calendars and booking, email and SMS campaigns, forms and funnels, automations, reporting, under your brand, not ours.
We offer it because clients kept needing the same machinery after launch, and stitching four subscriptions together was a bad answer. We set it up under your brand and run it for you, pipelines, automations, follow-up, so the studio behind your site is also the one keeping leads moving through it.
The team
Senior people who make things, plus the AI that works alongside them.
There is nobody here whose job is to schedule the people who make things. When you hire Pinn.Media you talk to the people doing the work: the person who designs your brand is in the kickoff call, and the person writing the code answers your message.
- Jawad Farooq Naik — Co-founder & Creative Director. Jawad Farooq Naik is a multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist, solutions architect, and aspiring educator whose work lives at the intersection of design, technology, and human connection. Driven by curiosity and a deep love for interaction and play, he builds tools, systems, and experiences that bring presence, warmth, and intent to the way people communicate, work, and care for one another. His path began among the machines of his family's printing business, where he learned early that design shapes how we see, touch, and experience the world. That early spark grew into formal practice through his BFA in Visual Communication Design from the National College of Arts in Lahore, followed by his MFA in Dynamic Media from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt), with extended graduate work alongside MIT's Responsive Environments group. His MFA thesis, Tangible Tomorrow, grew from a deeply personal question: how do we bring presence back to long-distance relationships? The work explored intelligent companions and tangible interfaces designed to reduce emotional distance, not to replace human connection, but to hold it gently. That thesis continues to anchor his practice today, where code meets emotion and media becomes touch. Jawad now designs intelligent systems and digital infrastructure across creative industries, healthcare, and small business, spanning empathetic AI integration, custom CRM and operational platforms, brand and visual identity, and human-centered automation. He believes the future belongs to creators who make technology more caring, intuitive, and alive, and that technology becomes meaningful only when it remembers the human at the center. He is co-founder and Creative Director of Pinn.Media, a multidisciplinary creative and development studio.
- Shaheryar Nadeem — Solutions Architect. Shaheryar Nadeem is the Solutions Architect at Pinn.Media, where he designs and builds the CRM, automation, and integration systems that power the studio's client engagements. With a background in information technology from The University of Lahore, his practice is grounded in clean engineering, careful problem-solving, and a commitment to building systems that work, quietly, reliably, and at scale. At Pinn.Media, his work spans CRM architecture and customization, workflow automation, custom integrations, and the technical backbone that supports the studio's creative and digital deliverables. He is driven by a curiosity to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions, and by the conviction that good code, like good design, ultimately serves the people using it. Shaheryar brings to the team a focus on innovation, a strong sense of ownership over what he builds, and the patience to make complex systems feel simple, qualities that make him a quiet but essential force behind every project the studio delivers.
- Shaheryar Malik — Head of Content Creation. Shaheryar Malik is the Head of Content Creation at Pinn.Media, where he leads the studio's documentary, short-form video, and photography work. With a BFA in Film and Television from the National College of Arts in Lahore, his practice is rooted in visual storytelling, finding the human moment in every brand, every place, and every product, and translating it into images and films that move people. At Pinn.Media, Shaheryar shapes the visual narrative behind the studio's clients, directing documentary content that captures real stories, producing short-form video that lives natively across digital platforms, and creating photography that anchors brand identity in something true and specific. His work bridges the discipline of cinematic craft with the pace and reach of contemporary content. He brings to the team a filmmaker's eye for story, a photographer's patience for the right frame, and the conviction that the most powerful content is also the most honest. Whether he's directing, shooting, or editing, his goal is the same: to find the truth of the subject and let it speak.
- Maha Khan — Senior Copywriter. Maha Khan is a Senior Copywriter at Pinn.Media, where she shapes the language behind the studio's brands, campaigns, and digital experiences. Her path to the page is unusual: a graduate in Biotechnology from Government College University in Lahore, she traded the laboratory for the line break, bringing a scientist's precision and a researcher's curiosity to the craft of writing. That mix of disciplines defines how she approaches every brief. Where many copywriters chase clever, Maha chases clarity. She is drawn to the questions beneath a brand, what a business actually does, who it actually serves, and what words those people would actually use, and writes from that ground up. The result is copy that sounds less like marketing and more like a real person speaking honestly. At Pinn.Media, she leads the studio's writing across brand voice and identity, web and product copy, ad scripts, long-form content, and email and CRM messaging. She brings to the team a sharp ear for tone, a stubborn commitment to making things make sense, and the conviction that good writing, like good science, earns its conclusions one careful step at a time.
