What you'll do

Build responsive, cross-browser sites in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Turn Figma and Adobe XD designs into clean front-end code
Work alongside designers, developers and project managers
Hold the line on performance, SEO, accessibility and load speed
Integrate a CMS (Webflow, WordPress or headless) when needed
Debug, troubleshoot and maintain existing sites
Add animation, transitions and micro-interactions where they earn their place

What we look for

2+ years in web development
Strong HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
React, Next.js or Vue preferred
Comfortable with Git, dev tools and performance work
A real feel for UI/UX and REST APIs / headless CMS
Bonus: GSAP or Framer Motion, Tailwind, Webflow/WordPress, SEO and accessibility depth
