Case study

Nuraflow

Home care agencies run on a stack of disconnected tools: one for hiring, one for scheduling, one for billing, a spreadsheet for compliance. Nuraflow puts them on one record. Pinn.Media started it, named it, designed it, and is building it, and the marketing site is honest about how far along it is.

Nuraflow is software for running a home care agency, personal care, home health and hospice, on one record from referral to payroll. It is built for agency owners and administrators, independent and multi-location, starting in Texas. The company is Nuraflow Technologies Inc. in Allen, Texas; Pinn.Media started it and builds it, and its founders include ours.

Why it exists

We build websites, CRMs and marketing for home care agencies, and we watched every one of them run the business across five systems that do not talk to each other. Compliance lived in a spreadsheet; a lapsed check was found after the shift. Nuraflow is the product we kept wishing we could hand them.

What we did

Naming and brand. The name, the chevron-stack mark in three blues, Google Sans with a tokenised type scale, and a sky palette built for accessibility, every colour pair checked.

The product. The HR suite end to end, the multi-tenant platform beneath it, the first slices of the care record and an offline-first caregiver app in progress.

The marketing site. Home, Platform, Solutions by care line, Pricing, Trust, Company, Demo, Founding Agencies, Blog, Press and Contact, with demo booking, waitlist and chat running in the Pinn.Media CRM behind a consent manager.

Outcome

Nuraflow is pre-launch with a waitlist open, and the site says so. What exists is substantial: a tested HR suite that covers hiring to offboarding with compliance that actually stops a bad shift being scheduled. What is coming, scheduling, EVV, billing and claims, is labelled as coming. We are not quoting customers or results because there are none to quote yet.

Software

Nuraflow, the product

Multi-tenant software for home care agencies. The HR suite is built and tested: hiring, onboarding, compliance, training, time off and offboarding, on one employee record.

Agencies cannot schedule a caregiver whose background check has lapsed, and they find out too late more often than anyone admits. Nuraflow starts from that problem. Its HR suite is built and tested: a careers site and fifteen-stage applicant pipeline, offers and onboarding, an employee record with credentials and a compliance gate that blocks scheduling when something expires, OIG and SAM exclusion checks, training with an in-service ledger, attendance, time off and leave, performance, ADA, complaints, offboarding with final pay, OSHA 300, a document vault, signatures, MFA and a full audit log.

It is a TypeScript platform with a PostgreSQL database where every row is isolated per agency by row-level security, an API, a web app and an offline-first caregiver app in progress. Thousands of automated tests run against it. The care side, clients, visits, electronic visit verification, is underway on the same record; scheduling, billing and claims follow.

These screens use synthetic data. Nothing here belongs to a real agency.

Compliance dashboard with overdue, due-today and blocked counts
Compliance: overdue, due soon, and who is blocked from scheduling until a credential is renewed. The problem the product was built around.
Employees table with roles, status, schedule readiness and compliance
One employee record: role, status, mobile access, schedule readiness and compliance, in one row.
Applicant pipeline
The applicant pipeline, from careers site to hire, with screening built in.
Headcount report
Headcount and workforce reporting for owners who need the numbers before payroll.
Training and courses
Training and the in-service ledger that state inspections ask for.
Time off and leave
Time off and leave, including the live-in sleep-time rules home care has to follow.
The product reel from the homepage, the platform in motion.

Web

Nuraflow, the marketing site

A calm, sky-lit site for a product that promises calm: a WebGL cloud hero, real product screens, clear pricing logic, and honest pre-launch labels.

The hero types and retypes one line, "Your agency's Hiring, Care, Billing, Compliance, Growth in flow", over a slow WebGL cloud sky. The product is about taking the weather out of running an agency; the first screen feels like that.

Platform, Solutions, Pricing and Trust each answer one buyer question: what it does, how it fits personal care, home health and hospice, how billing works (per block of twenty field staff, no per-visit or implementation fees) and how data is protected. Where something is design intent rather than shipped, the page says so. That line is there because buyers in healthcare have been burned by demo-ware.

Press is a full press kit with copy-ready boilerplate and logo files, and Founding Agencies is the waitlist for agencies who want in before launch. A floating dock carries navigation on every device.

The first build of this site was thrown out by our own creative director for looking generic. The rebuild started from the type scale, and every colour pair in the stylesheet carries its measured contrast ratio.

Product screen framed on the homepage: nothing expires unnoticed
"Nothing expires unnoticed." Real product screens on the homepage, not illustrations.
Platform page: Follow the work, not the software boundaries
Platform: follow the work from referral to payroll, not the boundaries between tools.
Solutions page for personal care, home health and hospice
Solutions by care line: personal care, home health and hospice on one operational foundation.
Pricing page: How you get billed, before you talk to anyone
Pricing explains the model before the sales call: per block of field staff, nothing per visit.
Trust page: The architecture we intend to build and verify
Trust says "intend to build and verify", not "certified". Pre-launch, and saying so.

One team, from identity to intelligence.

Brand, software, AI, and growth from a single team, not separate vendors. That is why the positioning, the copy, the site and the data model on this project agree with each other.
