Case study

Sunrise Realtors

Sunrise Realtors is the brokerage of Tarique Malik, a senior broker who has sold homes across Dallas–Fort Worth for decades. The domain had no working site. We gave the business a mark, a site that reads like a premium brokerage, and a way for every buyer, seller and landlord to start a conversation at any hour.

Sunrise Realtors is the brokerage of senior broker Tarique Malik, based in Allen, Texas, serving buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors across Dallas–Fort Worth and its northern suburbs.

Before

The domain had no working website. The only archived capture of sunrise-realtors.com, from July 2025, is an error page, and the broker's listings lived on a separate listings site.

What we did

Brand. The sunrise mark, the Geist type system and a black, white and amber palette.

The website. Five pages on Webflow (Home, About, Properties, Blogs, Contact), with the blog in the CMS so new articles are a form, not a build. The broker's story, the client testimonials and the buying process carry the site; featured listings are pulled in from the brokerage's listings service.

Every way in. A chat assistant in the brand amber greets every visitor ("I'd love to help you find your next home"), and an enquiry form with SMS consent, both running in the Pinn.Media CRM.

Outcome

A brokerage that had no site now has one that presents it as what it is: an experienced broker with a long client list. Any visitor can start a conversation at any hour, and every enquiry lands in a CRM rather than an inbox. The headline figures on the site (400+ homes sold, 300+ clients, $150M+ handled) are the brokerage's own; lead numbers live in its CRM and we are not quoting any here.

Brand

Sunrise Realtors, brand

A sunrise orb rising over a dark hill, a confident grotesque, and a black, white and amber palette that lets property photography do the talking.

The mark is literal in the best way: a gradient sun coming up over a dark hill, a new start, which is what a move is. The wordmark and every headline are set in Geist, in capitals for headings, so the site has the restraint of a premium brokerage rather than the clutter of a listings portal. Black pill buttons with a circular arrow, pale grey cards and a single amber accent keep the brand quiet so the homes are loud.

Web

Sunrise Realtors, the website

Home, About, Properties, Blogs and Contact, built around the broker, his process and what his clients say.

Services are laid out as nine plain cards: sales, buyer and seller representation, property management, investment consulting, valuation, new construction, commercial and tailored solutions. A visitor finds their reason for being there in one glance.

The broker is the brand. A full biography of Tarique Malik, from Lahore to Dallas in 1985 and decades in DFW real estate, sits on the home and about pages with his photograph, because in residential property people hire a person, not a logo.

Proof comes from clients, not adjectives: a testimonial wall in their own words. About adds a five-step process, from discovering properties to moving in, so first-time buyers know what happens next.

Local articles on living in Allen, the Dallas market and new homes in Celina give buyers moving into the area a reason to stay on the site, and give the brokerage something to rank for.
