Case study

Wintech Studios

Wintech Studios builds websites, AI assistants and CRMs for service businesses, delivered in partnership with Pinn.Media. Its first site was a single page whose source had been lost. We rebuilt it as an eleven-page site with a demo visitors can talk to, out loud, in the browser.

Wintech Studios is a new AI automation studio for service businesses, trades, clinics and home services, building websites, AI assistants, CRMs and marketing. Its CRM delivery is in partnership with Pinn.Media.

Before

The first wintech.studio was a single page. Its source was never committed and was lost when a project scaffold overwrote the folder, so the rebuild began from a recovered copy of the live HTML. That version also had a script error that silently stopped its animations, its demo and its FAQ, and no menu at all on phones.

What we did

Design system from the client's mark. Three overlapping circles in navy, blue and cyan became a light, warm palette (paper, ink, navy, blue, cyan, one accent per service), set entirely in Roboto, with no em-dashes in the copy at the client's request.

Eleven pages from one generator, with the services written once and reused everywhere.

The live demo, chat and voice, in the browser.

Search, for people and for AI. Unique titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, social cards, a sitemap, article markup on every post and an llms.txt describing the studio for AI assistants.

The plumbing. The chat assistant, the booking calendar and the contact form all run in the Pinn.Media CRM.

Outcome

The site works on every device, the demo does what the headline promises, and every enquiry, booked call and chat lands in the CRM. The figures on the site (60-second replies, 24/7) describe the service Wintech sells; the studio is new and we are not quoting any client results.

Web

Wintech Studios, the website

Eleven pages generated from shared parts and one services data file, so the homepage, the services page and llms.txt can never disagree.

Home says the whole offer in one line, "Your business, running while you sleep", backs it with four stats and a demo, then the four services, how it works, why Wintech, a FAQ and a booking calendar.

Services sets out the four pieces of the system, Web Design & Development, AI Integration, CRM & Automation, and Digital Marketing & SEO, each with what you get, the tools deployed and the result to expect, each in its own accent colour. The same data file feeds the homepage teaser, this page and the machine-readable llms.txt.

About gives the studio's mission, vision and principles; the blog publishes practical articles on lead capture, AI receptionists, CRM automations and local SEO; Contact offers a strategy call, email or the chat assistant.

The build is deliberately simple: a small Node generator assembles every page from one shared shell and HTML fragments into a static folder for the host. Fast, cheap to run, and nothing to patch.

Wintech hero: Your business, running while you sleep
"Your business, running while you sleep." The offer, four numbers and the way to see it working.
Services page: Four pieces. One system that works while you don't
Four pieces, one system. Each service is a block with what you get, the tools and the result.
AI Integration service block with deliverables and tools
AI Integration in detail: chatbot, receptionist, auto-replies, the tools used and what a client gets.
About page: A studio built around one idea, no lead goes unanswered
About: the mission in one line, "no lead goes unanswered", then the principles behind it.
Blog: Notes on getting every lead answered
Articles for service-business owners on the problems the studio solves, each marked up for search.
Contact: Let's talk about where your leads are going
Three ways to start: book a strategy call, email, or ask the assistant.

Interactive

Wintech Studios, the live demo

A phone in the page that answers questions as a chat assistant, or by voice as a receptionist, using the browser's own speech recognition and synthesis.

The demo is a phone mockup with two tabs. Chat assistant answers common questions (hours, price, services, booking) with suggested questions to tap and a typing delay, and hands off to booking. AI receptionist turns it into a voice call: the browser's own speech recognition listens through the microphone and its speech synthesis answers out loud, with tappable replies where a browser cannot listen.

It is a scripted demo, honestly so: the answers come from the studio's own content, and nothing is sent to an outside service. What it shows a business owner is the experience their customers would get, a question answered in seconds at two in the morning, which is the thing Wintech sells. The real assistant on the site, in the corner of every page, runs in the Pinn.Media CRM.

Live demo: This is what answers your leads at 2am, with a phone mockup
"This is what answers your leads at 2am." Tap the mic and talk to it; it answers out loud.

One team, from identity to intelligence.

Brand, software, AI, and growth from a single team, not separate vendors. That is why the positioning, the copy, the site and the data model on this project agree with each other.
